Q: What information should I let you know for a quotation?

A:Commonly, we need to know the product name, size, material, and quantity for a rapid quote. If you have some information not quite sure, don’t worry, we will give you the best suggestion.

Q: Can I have my inflatables custom made?

A:Yes, you can send us your requirement or tell us your idea, and our designer team will send design for your confirmation before production.

Q: What art file should I provide, could you help on the design?

A:Standard art files is vector format like .eps, .ai or .pdf. If you have non-vector format like .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, please

make sure the resolution is high enough. We also have designer can help you to create your own art.

Q: What’s your MOQ?

A:There are no minimum order required for most items, please call us if you require more information.But the more quantity you

order, the cheaper the price per item.

Q:Can you provide a design service?

A:Yes we can. If you can offer the vector logo ,our designer will help you to do artwork design which it is according to your

request. It’s a free service if you order it.

Q: How about the terms of payment?

A:For large order, T/T . For small order, T/T, western union, Alipay .etc. can be accepted too.

Q: How about the shipment?

For small  package, we suggest shipping via FEDEX,TNT,DHL and etc express.

For large order,We accept EXW, FOB,CNF, CIF,price term And shipment by sea, by air.
